Editing or deleting a protocol cannot be done within your account due to the data tied to the protocols.

Alternatively, you may deactivate an existing protocol and recreate a new protocol with appropriate revisions made.
To deactivate a protocol:
1. Select the “Protocols” tab on the left side of the Creyos interface.
2. Click “View Details” to the far right of the protocol.
3. Within the Protocol Detail section, select "Deactivate".
4. To proceed, when prompted on the next screen, select "Deactivate Protocol" to confirm.
- Deactivating a protocol permanently removes it from your organization's protocol list, so that it can no longer be assigned.
- Any patients already assigned the protocol will be able to complete their assessment(s).
5. The protocol will now reflect with an "Inactive" status, and will no longer be available.
