Creating and assigning a custom protocol

Follow the steps below or watch the video to create and assign a custom protocol for your patients.

1. Select the “Protocols” tab on the left side of the Creyos interface.

2. Click “Create Protocol” in the top right corner.

3. Name the protocol accordingly and select "Next".

4. Choose relevant tasks/questionnaires from the "Assessment Types" column.

• To include a Questionnaire, click on "Questionnaires".
  ➤ View the list of questionnaires available. 

• To include Cognition tasks, click on "Cognition" and choose the tasks you’d like the patient to complete.

• In the "Select" column, go to the “Individual” tab when selecting individual tasks.

➤ Refer to the Condition-Based Research Guide to determine which cognitive tasks to include in the protocol to align with specific conditions.

5. Click "Next" when you are ready to proceed with your selections.

6. To confirm selections, click "Save".

7. Choosing Custom Protocols: After you have created your custom protocol, it will be available for selection in the "Protocol" list when administering an assessment to a patient.

• For every new custom protocol you create, it will be added to the bottom of the list.
