June 2025 - Removal of Condition Names from ADHD and MCI-Focused Report Titles

To better support patient-centered communication, Creyos has updated the titles of ADHD and MCI-focused reports. Instead of displaying condition-specific labels like “ADHD”, “Age-Related Decline”, or "Dementia" at the top of the report, these assessments will now use a more neutral heading: Creyos Clinical Report.

By removing these labels:

  • The focus stays on assessment results and insights, not the diagnostic label
  • Providers have greater flexibility in how and when to introduce discussions around a potential diagnosis
  • The risk of misinterpretation of the results is reduced

What to expect

  • All other report content remains unchanged.
  • Condition focus is still documented: In the provider portal, ADHD or MCI protocol labels continue to appear in the provider portal and session notes to support billing, referrals, and audits.
