June 2025 - General Reports: Task Names Replaced by Outcome Measures

Creyos task names are distinct and proprietary, but not always familiar to individuals outside of the Creyos platform. This can lead to confusion when reports are shared with other providers or used in non-clinical settings (like legal or educational contexts).

To improve clarity and accessibility, the general cognitive assessment reports now have each task labeled as its outcome measure with the task name listed below. For example, Number Ladder is labelled as Visuospatial Working Memory, with the task name, Number Ladder, listed below.

What this means for Creyos users

  • On general cognitive assessment reports, results for each task will be labelled as the outcome measure, with the task name still listed below.
  • With measures and terminology that are more universally recognized, reports and results are now easier to share with care teams and use for documentation purposes.
