Update to the ASRS Questionnaire FAQs

To support more efficient assessments, the ASRS is being streamlined from the full 18-question checklist to the standard 6-question screener. This shorter version simply uses the first 6 questions (Part A) of the ASRS you were already using. It is scientifically validated and delivers the same accuracy while reducing completion time—helping you assess attention-related concerns more efficiently without compromising clinical value.

What this means for Creyos users

  • The 6-question version will remain fully integrated within Creyos and continue to be supported in your workflows and reporting.
  • Any historical data and reports from previously administered 18-question ASRS scales will remain available in your Creyos account.

We’ve put together some Frequently Asked Questions, including the scientific validity, how this impacts ADHD protocol scoring, and your workflows.
