Creyos Health assessments are designed with flexibility in mind, allowing patients to pause between tasks or questionnaires. However, there are important distinctions based on how the assessment was administered—either on the provider’s device or via remote link.
Pausing During the Assessment
Patients can pause the assessment at any point between tasks.
If a patient exits during a task or questionnaire, their progress in that specific activity will not be saved, and they will need to restart that portion when they return.
If the Assessment Was Administered on a Provider Device
When the session is exited mid-assessment:
-
The session will automatically pause, and all fully completed tasks and questionnaires will be saved.
-
The session status will be marked as Paused in the Creyos dashboard.
-
You can click the “Paused” status to open the Session Timeline, where completed tasks are indicated.
To Resume the Session (In-Clinic):
- Click on the Paused session in the Sessions list.
-
Select Resume Session.
-
The assessment will reopen on your current device and continue from the next incomplete task.
If the Assessment Was Sent via Link (Remote Administration)
When a patient exits the session:
-
The assessment is paused, and all completed steps are saved.
-
The session status will appear as Paused in your dashboard.
-
Click “Paused” to view the completed components in the Session Timeline.
To Resume the Session (Patient-Led):
-
The patient can simply use the original assessment link they received.
-
The link remains active for 7 days from the date it was sent.
Resending the Assessment Link
To remind a patient to continue their paused assessment:
-
Click on the session marked Paused.
-
Select Send Reminder.
-
This will resend the original link to the patient via email, prompting them to resume where they left off.
Other Session Actions
From the session menu, you can also:
-
Void Session: Cancel the current assessment session if it is no longer needed.
-
Generate Partial Report: View results for only the tasks and questionnaires that were fully completed before the session was paused.
➤ By generating a partial report, the session will be marked as closed.
