How can a patient pause an assessment?

A patient can pause their test at any point between tasks.

If a patient exits the assessment during a task or questionnaire, their progress within that task or questionnaire will not be saved.

If the assessment was administered on the device and the session is exited:

• The session will be paused and the patient's fully completed tasks and questionnaires will be saved.
• The session status will show as Paused.
• By clicking on "Paused", you can view which steps of the assessment have been completed on the Session Timeline.

To restart this session:

1. Click on the "Paused" Session Status.

2. Click "Resume Session".
3. The assessment will resume on the device you are on.

If the assessment was administered via link and the session is exited:

• The session will be paused and the patient's fully completed tasks and questionnaires will be saved.
• The session status will show as Paused.
• By clicking on "Paused", you can view which steps of the assessment have been completed on the Session Timeline.

To restart this session:

• The patient can use the original assessment link sent to them to restart their session. The link remains active for 7 days.

To remind a patient to complete their assessment and resend the link:

• Click on the "Paused" Session Status.
• Click "Send Reminder" to send an email reminder to the patient to continue the session with the assessment link.

From the Session Status of an incomplete assessment, you can choose to "Void Session" to cancel the assessment for the patient or "Generate a Partial Report" to see the results for the tasks and questionnaires that were completed by the patient.
