How do I apply multiple schedules to patients?

Creyos allows you to include more than one automated schedule assessments to your patients by email. To do so:

1. Find the patient you're sending the assessments to.

2. Click on Assign Schedule +

3. Choose the schedule you want to send to your patient.

 

4. Choose the date you want the schedule to start, and also the time of day it is going to be sent.

5. Click Save to confirm the details.

6. Repeat steps 1-5 to add another schedule.

7. You can click on Schedules to view what has been assigned to the patient.
