Any assessment (cognitive or questionnaire) where a report has been generated counts as a unique use.
If you have created a patient but they have not yet completed an assessment, that is not a unique use. Furthermore, if a patient has started an assessment, but has not completed the assessment, that is also not a unique use. In those situations where a patient never completes an assessment after starting, you, as a practitioner, can choose to pull a partial report if you feel like there is enough data to still interpret. If you do choose to pull a partial report, that will count as a unique use at that point.
A patient may complete an unlimited number of assessments and re-assessments and it would still count as one unique use.
Unique uses can be further understood with the following examples:
🧠 2 patients both complete an assessment --> 2 unique user spots taken up
🧠 1 patient completes 10 assessments during subscription cycle --> 1 unique user spot taken up
- This is because all the assessment reports are tied to that same user
🧠 1 patient starts an assessment, but does not complete the full assessment
- If you choose to pull a partial report...1 unique user spot will be taken up
- If you choose to leave it...0 unique user spots will be taken up
