Within your Creyos account, you are able to add multiple practitioners to the same account. The main account will be the "super admin", and will be able to view all patient data and reports, regardless of the practitioner account it falls under. The main user will be able to invite other users to the account.
There are two levels of user they can add; administrator and practitioner.
Administrators can edit and create new practitioner accounts, view all patient data, and edit the practice details.
Practitioners can administer protocols, assign schedules, and view reports for their own patients that they've created.
In short, admins can access all patients within the account and create/administer protocols across the entire patient population, whereas practitioners can only create and view patients and protocols that they have created.
- When is it appropriate to grant admin access vs. practitioner?
- Grant admin access if the clinic is a unified group where patients are shared or the front desk is responsible for administering assessment
- That way if there are multiple clinicians who rely on the front desk staff to administer assessments, they can access all patients and protocols
- Also useful for clinicians who may be covering colleagues to have admin access so that they can work with other patients if their main doctor is sick or out of office
- Grant practitioner access if clinic is more of an umbrella group - where individual doctors share an office space and there is no transfer or access of patients across individual.
- Grant admin access if the clinic is a unified group where patients are shared or the front desk is responsible for administering assessment
