How do I create a schedule?

Note: Schedules are linked to a Custom Protocol. You will need to have a Custom Protocol created first before creating a schedule.

1. Click on Schedules on the left panel

2. Click on Create New Schedule +

3. Give your schedule a name in the top field.

4. Then, in the bottom field, select the Custom Protocol you want to include for this schedule.

5. Once you have selected a name and the protocol, click on Next.

6. Choose the appropriate frequency that you want for this schedule by filling out the first field.

7. Afterwards, choose if this schedule should end and when.

8. When ready, click Next >

9. Toggle on if you want Creyos to send an automated reminder for your patients to complete the assessments if they don't complete within 48 hours.

10. Confirm your details and then click Next >

11. Your schedule is now created. To assign patients on the schedule, click on View Details adjacent to the appropriate schedule.

12. Click on Assign Patients +

13. Choose the patients you want to add to the schedule. Make sure the box is checked for the patient you want to include to the schedule.

Click out of the box, then click Next >

14. Choose when you want the schedule to start, and what time of day your patients will receive the email. When ready, click Next >

15. Confirm your details, then click Save >

16. You will now be able to view the patients on the schedule.
