How to create a custom protocol and assign to a patient

1. Click on Protocols on the sidebar

2. Click on Create New Protocol +

3. Choose a protocol name and click Next

4. Select the assessments and/or questionnaires that you will be including for this protocol

5. Click Next when ready
6. Click Save

After you have created your custom protocol, you can find it available for selection when you're administering an assessment to a patient.

For every new custom protocol you create, it will be listed at the bottom of the list.
