What are CPT codes 96137 and 96139 and their reimbursement requirements?

CPT code 96137 is an additional 30 minutes time code applied on CPT code 96136 after the initial 30 minutes. Similarly, CPT code 96139 is an additional 30 minutes time code on CPT code 96138 when administered or scored by a technician.
